What with the strange drum pad/note number layout?

You can download the above layout in Microsoft Excel format here or in Acrobat format which can be found here.
You can create your own custom layout too. Just create a new program and assign note numbers to particular pads with the use of sounds. Just save this program and load it as a "template" for new programs when you want to add sounds. An example I have created uses each bank as an octave on a keyboard. I used 6 of the lower 8 pads as the lower half of an octace (bottom row for the white keys and 2nd row up for the black) and the top half for the other 6 keys of the octave in the same manner.
